It all began with a prayer meeting and prayer drives through out the Bonney Lake community. Mike and Brenda Keith felt the Lord calling them to start a church to serve the people of this community. Ten adults and eight teenagers started studying the Bible together. That fall, they held a Day of Reconciliation where they resolved past hurt or guilt with people in previous churches. Having received blessing of half a dozen pastors in the community, New Hope Community Church was started on November 17, 2006. Having been careful to "Preserve the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace", this young church began to grow. 

In the first three years, New Hope grew to about 80 people. During this time, the foundation of truth was laid with a two year Bible study of the whole Bible, preaching through several books, and a continued commitment to weekly prayer. Even with more people, being active in each other's lives and caring for each other was central to the culture created at NHCC. 

Since 2010, New Hope has continued upon the foundation on which it started: Prayer, Unity and Faith. There have been many changes, blessings, and challenges; yet, God's faithfulness has always been seen. We have seen many salvations, baptisms, and changed lives. God provided a building to buy. And He has continued to bless New Hope with a unified body.

So, we look forward to what God has planned for us. Our vision truly is that we be used with a global impact for the glory of God. We invite you to join us as we continue to worship at a place where Truth and Love meet.
